Why is the match tariff able to be lower than the normal electricity price and how does this relate to charges for the network etc? #19
THe geenration is abit like solar panels on your roof (what you use is does not enter the settlement system - the system for buying and selling power at a national level). It'sbit like everyone is sitting behind one (pretend) meter. Just as you might still charge your lodgers for using the electriicty your solar panels generate, the club can agree and internal price. We are charged DUoS on all the power we use as we still use the distirbution network.
