Two EOI's one address #28

Husband and Wife have independently EOI'd on the portal. What's the best thing to do? I have matched one. not sure what to do about the other..

I had a similar query at the energy saving fair on Saturday. A couple had registered under the husbands email address but wanted to register a second email to the account so the the wife could check usage etc. She wanted to know if it was possible to register a second email address to the same premise. As far as I know it isn't.

I had both couple registering. I just ended up deleting one of their accounts after asking if it’s ok.

I also had a query from husband and wife both wanting to get emails to individual addresses. Is it possible to add a second one please?
