Preliminary literature review about the problem we are trying to solve #10

I'm having some trouble looking for some more literature reviews so if anybody has found any articles or literature reviews for this section, feel free to post them here. Thanks!

So far I found this literature review about virtual teams: https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-00509753/document
This literature review makes some good points about the importance of selecting the right tool for collaborative work.

(you may have to sign in to your uvic account to read the article since I found it on the university library website)
