How the 'Nascence' of the work defines a tool?? or How do you select a tool based on the nascence of the work?? #23

@mpaskevi @eli4 @kristalow @dustinfaulkner91 Working on the descriptors I have a question for you team... how we can use the information of nascence to select a tool? Ideas???

It is a tough one, I understand nascence to be related to the whether work is routine or developing. I see all work as developing with potential for change. I'm thinking if the level of nascence is low, this work being done is routine, and a user would not be looking for a new app to use anyway.

Just putting some thoughts out there, any other ideas?
