Initiation of exSpent Project commands

npm install -g react-native-cli
npx react-native init exSpent

Note for README:

Mention that nodejs and npm is necessary as prerequisite for setup
For Windows, make sure ANDROID_HOME is added to PATH (this is for Android Studio Setup)
