How to open the kip file? I use this https://github.com/reswitched/loaders but it can't work.

I think that you want to run it on your switch?

If so you need to use https://github.com/reswitched/fusee-launcher and a payload to load a patched package2 like https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere or https://github.com/nwert/hekate
