Fix Edit functionality on EventFormIndexViewModel #65

Editing properties for:

Event Title
Description
StartDateTime
EndDateTime

Does not work both string data changes to null and both DateTime goes back to the default date 1/1/0001 in the database.

[ ] Need to add Labels and input Textbox for Description, StartDateTime & EndDateTime
[ ] Figure out how to save data changes into the database correctly
[ ] Auto populate changes back to the associated view model
