[x] Remove Annotation teal title
[x] Move Enter your annotation here to the top or remove it completely
[ ] The code line preview should be below the Write/Preview tabs Will provide a visual example

The third request seems to be technically infeasible because it's not possible to insert content between the Tabs and the Tab bodies.
