Currently we keep local copies of cms.js and cms.css, because at the time there was a regression in the latest version that caused the filters (i.e. filter content by language) to not work properlyhad trouble with using relation widgets from lists correctly (regression from https://github.com/netlify/netlify-cms/issues/359).
It seems to be resolved in the latest version 0.4.6 version, so it should be safe to use. It also looks nicer and has a delete button too. 😄
