Adds a default user setting for log file location
Updates the DataCollectionSettings initialization to call a function checking for a user-defined logfile before defaulting to the initial Documents location.
Adds a "Log Directory" button in the UI that opens a folder dialog to select a new folder for log output, updating the user setting.

Thanks a bunch for this, if OP doesn’t use the act main form log path at all it is probably best to only resolve it within IINACT
