[REQUEST] Have a UI that allows the user to scale a imported image #43

Basically, I wish for a UI that when a user imports a image (IE: from the gallery instead of taking it), that will allow the user to move and scale it to fit SnapChat's frame. Don't know if this is possible, but I figured I'd ask. Cheers

Implemented with the uCrop library.
