This removes all timezone-related functionality from the package as discussed in the main repo. It also removes related dependencies such as moment-timezone, rl-dropdown and liquid fire.

@marzubov maybe we leave this one out as it would be a breaking change to the main repository. I can add this once they've merged the PR. What do you think?
