Thumbnails too small #69

Description of the bug: The thumbnails on a 4k 200% scaling display are very small. with no way to increase it .. .. ..

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use 4k resolution display on Windows 11
  2. set display scaling to 200%
  3. play a video and observe the thumbnail size

Expected behavior Would be great if there was a conf setting to increase the size of the thumbnails on screen.
