Receive responses from miners and log results for monitoring and debugging.
Deserialize responses using the method provided in the class from protocol.py.

We are currently doing this with the Oracle Request handles but its a pure technical thing, ill grab this ticket

First item resolved by #7, last one requires a refactor to move parsing of the response to protocol.py's deserialize function
