feat: Bittensor Incentivized Testnet Dev Docs Update #132

Problem

We currently do not have solid developer documentation for onboarding participants to our upcoming CoinList incentivized testnet outline in this release post: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ir8xRdAhKSUeqGAn3KPlxCObYpoFSBWJM8CzMB-2HPE/edit

Considerations

  1. This should be a simple MVP because the testnet only runs for 14 days.
  2. We should use existing docs and copy/paste them where necessary

The steps a participant must go through to participate are as follows:

Incentivized Testnet: Get Started Today:

  1. Set up your node(s) according to the developer documentation: Masa Bittensor Subnet Worker Quick Start Guide
  2. Register using this form. Important: make sure you use the same address you used for staking your Masa Protocol Worker node when completing the form.
  3. You can import your private key into MetaMask to verify your wallet when connecting to our registration form.
  4. Add the Coldkey address for your Validator and Miner on the Masa Bittensor Subnet.
  5. Check miner status using btcli (Bittensor CLI)
  6. Join the Masa Bittensor Subnet miner community: https://discord.com/channels/848996376896602163/1247449212124401756? [Discord link]

Delivery Date

Must be in prod and shared with Marketing Team so they can share with the CoinList team by July 8th, 202

@H34D @mudler @Luka-Loncar we need someone in engineering to help us with this on Monday as a P0. Can we make sure this gets into the priority grooming on Monday as we need to share this with Marketing on Monday. I have a sense @grantdfoster might be a good person to do this quickly and base this on his subnet get started flow which we can reuse in a "Masa Bittensor Testnet" parent category for this.
