Description

this PR refactors validator and miner logic to support multiple synapse types (requests)
validators can request various types of work through specified forwarders
miners can respond to requests for various types of work
validators can score and reward various types of work with dedicated reward systems

Reward Logic

profile work is scored based on the presence of a userID, and the query matching the response's Username
followers and tweets work is scored based on the response having a length greater than 0 (to be improved!)

Implementation Notes

discrete forwarders inherit from validator.forwarder, allowing for centralized logic for getting miner uids, sanitizing, etc
miner request classes inherit from miner.protocol to help organize protocol request logic
