Follow-up issue to gather the progress made on #60 regarding automated release notes.

2 candidates were given as of now:

Further discussion is needed but main issue was closed since this was part of a Nice-to-have acceptance criteria

I'm happy with any strategy that has at least 2 branches, one to dev, one to release / memorialize code. The automated release notes / change logs can auto push to our dev docs to... just toss them in the docs dir and map correctly in the docs repo.

Moved to Backlog since priority for it is low and it should not clutter the main goal of the team

This spike is almost in progress. Would move it to ready and close it to create an implementation task.

If not, I'd recommend to at least remove triage label since it's pretty clear to me.
