Flight Computer Arm/Launch buttons do not work #152

Arm button does not send any command to the FC and Launch button is not enabled when FC state is armed.

@ejakovm I am going to need a list of names + values for states on the board to implement this

Manual = 0, Armed = 1, Ascent = 2, Drogue = 3, Main = 4, Touchdown = 5, Abort = 6
