micro mode missing when using menu order prefix for tesla menu #51

when adding prefix for tesla menu order (0*.ovl, 1*.ovl, etc...) the micro option is missing from status overlay. after removing the prefix, micro mode is visible again.

how to produce, add #_ prefix to ovl (i use 2_Status-Monitor-Overlay.ovl), micro mode is no longer an option.

how to fix, rename back to original ovl or to have menu order work, add another copy with original name so have both 2_Status-Monitor-Overlay.ovl and Status-Monitor-Overlay.ovl, micro mode is visible

i reinstalled everything (from the install guide) from scratch when "micro" mode was missing to verify any problems, but it seems to just be a naming/lookup issue
