Button combo mapping, launch argument fix, menu transitioning fix #63

List of features:

  1. Returning to and from menus no longer has a glitch where it jumps back if B is held longer than the wait period. Instead it waits until b is released then clicked again with no sleep period.
  2. Configurable ini for button remapping, key combos are also read directly from tesla or ultrahand if their ini's are present.
  3. Launch argument for--microOverlay works as an accceptable launch argument for entering in and out of microOverlay. Micro overlay mode from the menu still functions 100% the same however.
