This should be a complete rename to current Raku object names, from deprecated Perl 6 names (referring to https://docs.raku.org/language/intro).

There are a few exceptions:

old-examples
PERL6LIB => RAKULIB transition isn't complete yet, and it breaks everything if you try.
alma/.travis.yml, still says perl6 in the Travis help article, not sure if they support "raku."

Not sure why the build is failing - the examples are working correctly.

I've just noticed that this messes up the commit history. Will close this one and re-submit after I finish working on #526.
