SN-EN baseline with Noam Scheduling #180

This is a baseline for Noam scheduling. This ran for 2 epochs. For future work, we will run it for 100 epochs on the local machine. Will also try larger models. Noam scheduling proved to be better than Platueue for Shona to English.
