Background information for Line-height Picker #199

We add some background information at the bottom of each page.

We need to finish writing on why and how we subtract (line-height - 1) value from the between-paragraph vertical space, to get the margin-top value.

We also need to add some diagrams to help the reader to understand background information.

We complete the background info for CSS page.

We still need to add some figures for better exposition. We delegate this task to issue #214
