“有修改”标记的时效性为3天，3天后，没有变化，则该标记不显示。 1.项目列表/应用列表（包括Biz）/配置对象列表 增加标记“有修改”，当该项目中有配置对象被修改的时候（包括发布，回滚），则显示该标记； 2.原配置对象的“有修改”标记，做为区分，改为“待发布”
