shapefile name import error #11

Currently getting an import error when importing Enterprise Communities: https://data.cityofchicago.org/Community-Economic-Development/Boundaries-Enterprise-Communities/fuz2-7vqu

importing  Enterprises Communities.shp
Unable to open Enterprises.shp or Enterprises.SHP.
Enterprises: dbf file (.dbf) can not be opened.

My guess is the space in the unzipped file name is causing some issues with shp2pgsql
