Transcode plugin crashes TVServer if a non-english 'never' is selected #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install iPiMPTranscodeToMP4 plugin on a non-english PC and select 'never'
2. Enable the plugin 
3. Restart TV Server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

TV Server crashes.
