Error TV Stream #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wanted to stream live tv

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output is to watch the TV Stream, 

Instead: error message: 
Object not found!
The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page 
seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the 
error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7, actual MediaPortal, actual Ipimp

Please provide any additional information below:
have xampp installed, wrote content from ipimp.conf that is linked to http.conf 
(include .....) to http.conf directly, because server did not start when I 
pasted the "Include .../../ipimpfile in apache conf folder"
Furthermore I am using different Virtual Servers, so I created for ipimp 
another virtual server -that works, but the live stream not

This is not a defect, you do not have the SmoothStreaming module installed.
