FATAL ERROR: No configuration store was found! Gentle is unable to continue!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when i try to stream/record/view TV card ect.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it generates the same fatal error everytime
tried via android, pc (IE, firefox) same fatal error..
I can stop/restart the tv service!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iPiMP 5.1.0 - MediaPortal 1.1.3.0 - windows 7 pro(both running host/Client) - 
Dvb tuner:Cinergy HTC Usb xs (this tuner works fine using Mediaportal on the PC 
> when i stop the TV service using ipimp, while watching TV on the MediaPortal 
PC, it freezes MediaPortal= theres a connection ;)

the error i get:

Unable to create GentleSectionHandler for section named "gentle" in file

The location of this file is different on my Danish PC:
C:\Programmer\iPiMP\Aspx\web.config
Could this be the reason it fails to find the files?

iPiMP 5.1.0 is not tested with MP 1.1.3

I am expiriencing the same problem when I manually restart the iPimp 
WebService. 
Only reinstall of iPimp does help at my end.
