CDF compression #34

Add an entry in the json to automatically compress the cdf file in ExPRES

@aicardi-obspm : is the compression activated in the http connection for file downloads in OPUS ?

Sorry, I replied to the e-mail and the issue wasn't updated for some reason.

The compression was activated for JSON, HTML, CSS and JS files. I activated it for CDF files on november 26th. Is there any other file type that needs compression ?
