Added new knet-log4j.properties for standard logging, updated KNetCLI, KNetConnect and KNetPS to use less intrusive logs

Description

Now default logging based on knet-log4j.properties is less intrusive, to return back to previous logs use the command line option: -Log4JConfiguration log4j.properties
