Many types uses information not available in the target platform #24

The following line contains Java.Lang.Constant.IConstable and Java.Lang.Constant.IConstantDesc: https://github.com/masesgroup/netdroid/blob/dd5981392c2fe2da84bd167eb8ce57c268c96b6d/src/net/Netdroid/Generated/Java/Lang/Float.cs#L29 however they are not available in the java.* classes of android.jar
