Integrate trace information from TypeMock and Rhino.Mocks #163

The idea is to capture the specifications embodies by the mocks into the
test report as well as a trace of what actually happened to assist with
test failure diagnosis.

To make this useful, we might want to extend the reporting API to support
the inclusion of simple graphs, tables or charts.  This work might be
performed as part of the implementation of the Gallio Instrumentation feature.

The point is not to overwhelm the user with data but instead to make it
easier to interact and interpret it.
