Gallio.Host.exe - .Net Framework initialization error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I used *.bat to run a build file which will run all unit or integration 
tests of one solution. Sometimes it often throws .Net Framework initialization 
error.Please check the attachment. 
2. My gaillo version is GallioBundle-3.2.456.0-Setup-x86. VS2010 and framework 
4.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know why it throw this exception information message box.
