What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the latest source zip. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The download gets to 39.2 MB of 39.3 MB and hangs. This happens in both Google 
Chrome and Internet Explorer on Windows 7. Although I am able to download 
plenty of other content without a hitch, this may have something to do with my 
company's proxies.
