Error migrating issues for project tou-tv-xmbc

Got the following message trying to export tou-tv-xbmc:

There was an error migrating tou-tv-xmbc to GitHub.

The error is as follows:

Project: tou-tv-xmbc
Error migrating issues.
=====

Tried deleting the github repository and got the same message.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the project page : https://code.google.com/p/tou-tv-xmbc/
2. Click on "Export to GitHub"
3. Complete the procedure
4. Get the error email from the export tool

We've unfortunately been experiencing a higher than average number of App 
Engine urlfetch errors, which cause problems when migrating issues. Looking at 
our logs:

creating GitHub issue: Post 
https://api.github.com/repos/XXX/tou-tv-xmbc/issues: API error 6 (urlfetch: 
SSL_CERTIFICATE_ERROR)

If you try again you should be able to export your project. Sorry for the 
inconvenience!
