Error migrating issues. Project: txt2tags #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Migrate project txt2tags (https://code.google.com/p/txt2tags/) to GitHub
2. Wait for failure email

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Project: txt2tags
Error migrating issues.

at least it could skip issues and carry on the migration...

The day after, I managed to export everything to my github account...

Dumping all "error migrating issues" bugs to #88 for tracking purposes.

There are some reliability problems while migrating individual issues. And the 
more issues a project has, the more likely an individual issue migration will 
fail, causing the entire migration to be aborted.

You can safely delete the GitHub repo and retry the migration.
