"Completed at" field for finished torrents is empty untill restart or reconnect. #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start any torrent.
2. Wait until download finished.
3. See the field "Completed at" is empty.
4. Restart transmission-remote or disconnect from transmission and then 
reconnect.
5. The field now contains date/time.

OS: Windows XP
Transmission: 1.93
Remote: 3.22 (build 1)
