Average Speeds #333

Add the average download/upload speeds on torrent details. Like uTorrent has - 
as in show the average d/u speed on torrents while and after downloading.

Ex: Download speed: 10 Kb/s (Avg. 100 Kb/s).

Added by r712. But untested, because my T daemon hasnt the "Total downloading 
and seeding time per torrent" feature yet!!!
