Volume slider tooltip not always show on volume change - using the keyboard arrow keys

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use keyboard keys to change volume

What should have happened?
Show the volume tooltip, as can be seen when the volume slider is dragged.

What happened instead?
Volume tooltip is not shown.

Can you give us any additional information that could be useful in fixing
this bug?

What release of Stoffi are you using (Xia or Shang)?

Same as the other volume tooltip: I want it, couldn't get it to work, gave up 
since it's low priority.
