Details Pane does not hide when turned off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click Show -> Details Pane
2. Details Pane is now unticked
3.

What should have happened?
The details pane should be hidden.

What happened instead?
No change. The details pane is still visible.

Can you give us any additional information that could be useful in fixing
this bug?

What release of Stoffi are you using (Xia or Shang)?
