Equaliser does not apply when clicking apply #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Equaliser.
2. Change a slider.
3.

What should have happened?
The sound should adjust in real time. There should be not need to save a
profile before a change can be heard.

Now, make a change to a single slider, save a profile and the change another
slider. Click on Apply. Nothing happens. It only appears to save the first
slider change.

Example: Change the 16K slider to +15dB, save the profile. Now change the 16K
slider to -15dB and click on Apply. Nothing happens. It does not save the
change.

Another way to see this: Save a profile with no changes at all to the sliders.
Now adjust the 16K, or whichever slider and then click on Apply. Nothing
happens.

Unfortunately this makes the equaliser unusable.

What happened instead?
Nothing happens.

Can you give us any additional information that could be useful in fixing
this bug?

What release of Stoffi are you using (Xia or Shang)?
Zhou

If you are using alpha or beta, please state which:
Beta Three

We should split this into two issues:
1: A bug report about the fact that clicking Apply doesn't mean apply.
2: A feature request suggesting that instead of using an Apply button it should
apply automatically and then have a revert button (or something along those
lines).

I'll fix this issue for Zhou, and you can create a new feature request for Qin.
:)
