Automatically tagging from file name, if tags are empty

Describe the feature you want implemented.
As soon as an ID3-Tag is empty, e.g. the title, in die list appears empty space.
Whats about automatic reading from the file name? Most of my files are named 
after the scheme (title) - (artist), so at least the title and the artist field 
are filled.

Describe why you think that this feature is needed.
I have got some untagged files. In playlists or in the mediathek, it is really 
hard to have a good view about all the files. 

Are there any other projects that inspired you?
Mp3Tag has got a function to create filters and read automatically the tags 
from the file name.

Do you have any suggestions on how we could implement, design or present
this feature in an easy and intuitive way?
Just one "active" setting, maybe a possibility to create the format ("title - 
artist" , or something)
