Does not Remove Account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When clicked on REMOVE Account it simple takes to 
http://beta.stoffiplayer.com/join but user is still Logged IN and can perform 
activities on profile
2.User can still login with same user ID and Password i.e  account is not 
deleted
3.

What should have happened?
User should be signed-off, account should be deleted and should be redirected 
to home page

What happened instead?
Account is not deleted and user is still in his account

Can you give us any additional information that could be useful in fixing
this bug?

What release of Stoffi are you using (Xia, Shang or Zhou)?
