This adds many debugging statements in classes. The only functional change is the introduction of a member function to the AmpToolsInterface that lets the user set the termsValid and integralValid flags of the relevant AmpVecs objects to false. This will trigger the recalculation of userVars in some cases. The ability to do this is important in cases where one wants to scan parameters.
