This doesn't appear to be current to what Mashery's Portal provides #204

I have used the same JSON that I pasted into the Mashery Portal's IODocs and they produce different results. The Mashery Portal appears to render the docs as expected. This repo does not render parameters.

the portal version may support some parameter types that are not supported by this version. can you share you config or at-least the parameter types used?
