Missing package #10

Hi, apparently not all the dependencies are listed in the package.json... I had to install the node-rest-client package manually.

Thanks for the note -- the 3rd step in the installation instructions ("Change into the api_definition_converter/node_modules/mashery directory and run the command npm install") should take care of the node-rest-client dependency.
