Bumping version to avoid conflicts in package manager.

Version 0.7.1 - I'll be uploading a tag next

Some considerations for this merge. Test on Ubuntu is not running because package checksums requires nim >= 2.0.0. See: https://github.com/nim-lang/checksums/blob/master/checksums.nimble

We should consider reviewing, after #31 , if code is to be upgraded to 2.0 or continue down in 1.6.12
