Upgrade to scala 2.11 #88

Please provide the artifacts compiled against the recently released scala 2.11.

I fear there is no 2.11 build of akka 2.2.3, so this should be linked with #87.

Just checked that Akka 2.3.2 is being built with Scala 2.10.4.

I'll check with the next Akka release if its Scala has been upgraded. If yes, I'll rebuild socko using these new versions.

OK - I'm still missing Scala Test Ecplise IDE plugin which will be release soon according to this: http://scala-ide.org/blog/release-notes-3.0.4.html

I'll try again next weekend.
