Update

[x] Update babel and eslint config
[x] Update scripts and dependencies version
[x] Refactor package
[x] Update travis to run test (run eslint and build)
[ ] Update readme and notify about changelog of the new version before publishing, @maslianok please help me test again and update readme!

[x] Add querySelector props, using to query a element
[x] Remove resizableElementId props, use querySelector instead of resizableElementId
[x] Remove nodeType props because we don't need a hidden element for observer
[x] Optimal performance for package
