Ferramentas | Submit... is not localized #14

Testing must be made using Portuguese language as OS default. Native menus and buttons may be localized this.

"Submit..." string was not found on BlueJ source code. Possibly, it is inside some library. On a computer configured to Portuguese language, this issue may resolve itself.
